BIBB Survey on Training dropouts of Apprentices in Nurs-ing Training programs 2022/2023

The survey is a quantitative panel survey of nursing trainees in selected federal states in their first and second year of training on thoughts of dropping out and influencing factors such as edu-cational and personal factors, career choice behavior, and ex-pectations regarding the occupation.
